Cottage on the ancient port – First floor

The ‘’Cottage on the ancient port / first floor’’ was an antique dwelling of anglers, today accurately refurbished respecting the original architectural traditions. It is located in front of the extraordinary cornice in the old port of Monopoli. During the refurbishment, a focus was put on the care and choice of details to give absolute emphasis to the typical ‘’groin vaults’’ which, together with the amazing sea view, make the interiors very welcoming and particular. It has a surface of approximately 40 square meters plus 30 square meters of equipped terrace, and it is located on the first floor. It is equipped with any comfort, in particular: a bright well-furnished living room (with TV, queen size sofa bed, dining table) in front of the marina, a furnished kitchen (hob, oven, fridge), and a bathroom with shower. On terrace, armchairs and beach loungers will gladden your relaxing days; also, the table with chairs and a beach umbrella will allow you to have lunch/dinner outside, surrounded by the amazing view of the old port of Monopoli, with its gorgeous sea. The rooms have air-conditioning; to complete, cutlery, metal pots, towels, and bed sheets are provided. On request, a small bed for child is given. The architectural features, the sea view, the fitting arrangement within the old town center, the proximity of ‘’Carlo V’’ castle, and the amazing terrace, make this cottage efficient for a pleasant holiday. We recommend it for two/four people.
