Immobiliare longano
Built at the end of the nineteenth century
Project by Francesco Longano, Antonella De Marco
We are in the immediate suburbs of the city of Monopoli, in the province of Bari. The villa, built at the end of the nineteenth century, was originally composed of a first floor for residential use (about 170.00 square meters) and an underlying floor (about 230.00 square meters) for activities related to agriculture. The entire building has been object, by the “IL Immobiliare Longano “, of a substantial building intervention that, through a systematic set of works, in full respect of the original architectural structure and in the recovery of its substantial finishes of the time, has destined it entirely as a home for private offices with large outdoor areas arranged in green and parking areas.
Particular importance in this building intervention, have the meticulous attention to details and finishes put into place after a careful selection of materials used; the final result is an elegant combination of ancient and modern that gives back to the ancient villa, along with the contribution of furnishings, its classic and refined tone of the past. The project has now made the villa complete with all the most modern technological systems ranging from air conditioning with an irradiation system installed on the original pavilion vaults with automatic air exchange and controlled dehumidification, to a sophisticated electrical system managed entirely by a home automation system.
